Tips for a great school year

  • All “over the counter medications” require a “Request for Medication” form, signed by the doctor who is ordering the medication.
  • An adult is the only one who is allowed to bring medication to school.
  • Breakfast is stopped being served at 8:40 am. Keep zip bags of cereal and juice cartons handy for those days when the bus is missed.
Missing breakfast can cause a drop in blood sugar. Low blood sugar can cause headaches, irritability and concentration difficulty.
